Every pipe loop laid and spaced by hand in aluminium heat-spreader plates, pressure-tested, then locked in with a liquid screed for even, wall-to-wall warmth. Out with the old, in with the new. Full boiler swap in a cupboard space — old Vaillant removed, new Vaillant combi installed with clean copper pipework throughout.
Boiler Change with Condensate Pump
Old Vaillant combi replaced with a new Vaillant ecoFIT. Condensate pump installed for clean waste routing where gravity drainage wasn't possible.
New Boiler Installation with Toilet & Basin Unit
Complete room transformation — new Vaillant boiler installed with full copper pipework, plus a toilet and basin unit fitted. Walls boarded, floor tiled, room completely modernised.
System Boiler & Cylinder Replaced with Combi
Old Main system boiler and unvented cylinder removed — replaced with a Vaillant combi boiler, freeing up cupboard space. Full copper pipework and gas run.
Vented Cylinder Replaced with Unvented Cylinder & Electric Boiler
Old vented cylinder stripped out and replaced with a modern Tempest unvented hot water cylinder, complemented by a new Potterton electric boiler for the central heating system. Full copper pipework, expansion vessel, and controls.
